		<description>In Japan, the very basic rice cookers will actually make good porridge with very little effort, so we have no use for instant porridge.

I was surprised to see that there is a &#039;porridge&#039; tag in Wordpress and that others have used it. I hope you can rise above the ridiculosity of the instant porridge and get back to a peaceful state. Perhaps stirring your own porridge would be a good relaxing activity.</description>

I always throw in a generous slosh of white wine once the onions have cooked.  Sometimes pink wine, if I&#039;ve run out of white. It seems to work just as well and doesn&#039;t dye the thing pink!
My favourites would be mushroom risotto, with a few dried mushroom bits in, or asparagus and pea.
Yummo.

I&#039;m going to continue to read your food blog, as cooking is my favourite thing to do too. It&#039;s an idea I hadn&#039;t thought about, but a food blog is something I could well enjoy doing, too... hmm...
